PHILOSOPHY TEACHING
My core teaching belief is that teachers have the exceptional chance to influence students to become the best versions of themselves and to influence the next generation. This opinion stems from my personal experience as a student, prior to one teacher going above and beyond to offer additional support, I wasn't always the best learner. I became a better person as well as a better student as a result of that encouragement.
I try to be totally involved in the activities I teach as part of my teaching strategy. I disagree with merely telling them what to do. In order to show that I am dedicated to the process and ready to learn alongside them, even if I were not the best at the activity, I would want to actively participate with them. This strategy should inspire students to follow the example, creating a culture of cooperation and growth.
PHILOSOPHY COACHING
My viewpoint on coaching stems from my belief that a coach needs to be totally committed to their players' growth and well-being in addition to the sport they are instructing. Since sports are a major outlet and a way for many young athletes to escape from personal struggles, coaching involves a great deal of responsibility. A committed coach may be extremely helpful in creating such environment, providing encouragement, and guiding athletes through their challenges.
